Dr. Andy Liao gradurated in Clinical Medicine of Wuhan University Medical School. He is a Member of Emergency Trauma Group of E.N.T Specialized Committee under Shanghai Integrated T.C.M and Western Medicine Association. He was a clinical consultant of Shanghai Proton and Heavy Ion Center, an attending E.N.T physician in Huadong University affiliated to Fudan University and has provided healthcare service to senior government officials.
