Yili Road Station, Exit 3（Line 10) Hongbaoshi Road Station, Exit 2 (Line 15）

Enter the garage from the entrance on Manao Road beside the front gate of Gubei SOHO then turn right and you will see the lift. Take it to the 1st floor then transfer to the other one to the 3rd floor.
