Doreen Gong graduated from University of Pittsburgh and received her master's degree in Health, Physical Activity and Chronic Disease. Doreen has more than 10 year experiences in therapeutic exercise. She studied from top international therapists worked pre-season test for Steelers and other professional sports teams, participated in research projects of exercise physiology on fatigue and performance for American Marines and high-level athletes.
In the clinical therapeutics, Doreen specializes in conservative and postoperative rehabilitation for common spinal diseases, shoulder and neck pain, and musculoskeletal injuries. She has successfully treated cases of acute and chronic lower back pain. In the aspect of cardiac rehabilitation, she also has rich clinic experience in rehabilitation of heart diseases including post-operation of stent surgery, Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting, valve disease, and chronic heart failure, diabetes and other chronic diseases From extensive clinical practice, the specialty in treating both musculoskeletal pain and chronic disease was successfully developed. She holds the BLS certification of American Heart Association.
