Shirley graduated with a degree in Rehabilitation treatment from Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine University. She has two decades of clinical experience in rehabilitation, including clinical internship at Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center and PLA General Hospital and clinical practice in Oriental Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Tongji University. She served as a rehabilitation therapist for National Swimming Team, National Female Soccer Team, National Female Hockey Team and Shanghai Shenhua Soccer Team, managing sports injury for the athletes. She is good at diagnosis, assessment and treatment of sports injury and management of chronic pain, postoperative rehabilitation and treatment after orthopedic operations, adolescent posture correction (scoliosis, hunchback, knock-knees, bowlegs, stamina enhancement, specific sports performance improvement), postpartum rehabilitation (rectus diastasis, pubic symphysis disorder, urine leakage, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc.), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease rehabilitation and preventive rehab training. She is a internationally certified Pilates trainer and a certified cardiac rehab therapist recognized by the National Cardiovascular Health Association.
